About this programme
In Kitale’s informal settlements, many young people face unemployment, addiction, and limited opportunities. Ujuzi Kwa Vijana is Child Rescue Kenya’s youth empowerment program designed to break that cycle.
We provide vocational training, apprenticeships, and life‑skills education that prepare youth for meaningful work and responsible living. Through sports, arts, and peer support groups, we nurture talents and build resilience. With startup kits for micro‑businesses, financial literacy, and IT training, young people gain the tools to be self‑reliant, confident leaders in their communities.
This program transforms vulnerability into strength, giving youth the chance to dream, achieve, and lead.
